Step # 1: Book Your Consultation & First-Time Appointments
Consultations are essential when finding the proper home care and selecting the appropriate skin treatment. That is why we advise you to come in before your appointment for a consultation, especially if you are looking to treat a specific condition or concern that requires us to do any research regarding it or look into current skin care products. We also advise a consultation if it is your first visit to the clinic.
If you are pressed for time and think you’ll struggle to fit a consultation in, add it to the treatment on the same day. Please call us to discuss or use the book consultation button below to schedule your initial appointment.

OPTION 01
Virtual Consultation to discuss your Aesthetic and/or Wellness goals. Within this 20-30 minute virtual visit, we will cover the below action items:
A review of your medical history to determine your suitability for treatment.
An education on effective Advanced Aesthetics Services.
An examination of your treatment areas and concerns, your customized quote, and recommended treatment plan.
OPTION 02
In-Person on average, consultations typically last about 45-60 minutes and include:
A 12-Point Skin Analysis of the dermis and epidermis, such as age spots, pores, moisture, texture, wrinkles, and so on.
A review of your medical history to determine your suitability for treatment.
An education on effective solutions to achieve your desired skin health, life management, or functional health goals.
An examination of your treatment areas and concerns, your customized quote, and your recommended treatment plan. Most of our clients start treatment the same day, where appropriate.

Prices vary depending on what treatment you’re receiving and our current requirements. All procedures are performed by medical professionals and are closely monitored by our experienced instructors.

Step 3: Review Cancellation And Terms And Conditions Policies

Cancellation Policy
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. We require valid credit card information for all reservations. Clients who cannot provide 48-hour cancellation or reschedule notice are responsible for a full-service charge for missed, late canceled, no-show, and late start appointments.
Please be punctual. We work by appointment and reserve a specific time for you. To avoid inconveniencing the next client, your treatment will end on time, and the total price of your scheduled services will apply.
Please note late starts (up to 15 minutes) shorten the length of the session, but the rate for the service remains the same. Clients who are more than 20 minutes late are considered a no-show.
