Welcome to Balance Skin + Wellness 🤎
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. This policy helps us protect that time while giving clients a clear and reasonable way to manage appointment changes.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations and Rescheduling
A 20% deposit is required to reserve most paid appointments. Your deposit is applied toward the remaining service balance.
Deposits are not an additional charge. Complimentary appointments, internal client-care blocks, prepaid pathway visits and other provider-managed appointments may not require a deposit.

48 hours or more: Your deposit may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment.
24–48 hours: Your deposit will be forfeited.
Less than 24 hours: You may be responsible for 50% of the scheduled service price.
No-show: You may be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service price.
Any deposit already paid will be applied toward the applicable charge rather than charged in addition to it.
Exceptions for genuine emergencies may be considered at Balance Skin + Wellness’s discretion but are not guaranteed.

If you are running late, please call or text (210) 588-0203 as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate you. However, contacting us does not guarantee your full treatment time or waive an applicable fee. Depending on the remaining appointment time, your service may be shortened or require rescheduling. The full scheduled service price may still apply.
Repeated Late Cancellations or No-Shows
Repeated Late Cancellations or No-Shows
Repeated late cancellations, appointment changes or no-shows may require full prepayment before another appointment can be reserved. Balance Skin + Wellness may also limit future online booking privileges when necessary.

Clients are encouraged to create a Setmore account to easily view and manage upcoming appointments. Changes made through Setmore remain subject to this policy.

Treatment Pathways and Provider Approval
Treatment Pathways and Provider Approval
Treatment Pathways and certain advanced or medical services require consultation and provider approval before purchase.
Purchasing a service or pathway does not guarantee treatment eligibility. Balance Skin + Wellness may cancel an unauthorized purchase when the required consultation, medical clearance or provider approval has not been completed.
Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method. Payment-processing fees will be handled according to the payment provider’s refund rules.
Treatment Pathways, prepaid programs and financing arrangements may also be subject to separate terms presented during enrollment.
